mango cake



rava 1cup
Butter 1/2 cup
Mango puree or pulp 3cup
Baking soda 1/2 tsp

Melt butter& mix rava ,keep it for 20 minutes.Then mix mango puree again keep for 20 min.Add baking soda mix.Grease baking pan & preheat oven to 350 degree farehinite.Bake for 20-30 min or till done.

banana dosa

Rice flour 1/2 cup
Banana 1
sugar 1tsp
Raisins

Mash banana add rice flour as needed, sugar& raisins.Don't add water.Consistency will be thick.Heat griddle & add ghee pour small dosas & cook till it is light brown.

ragi sweet dish(ragi mani)





This is also called as ragi mani know as finger millet.This sweet is made out ragi milk.

Ragi seeds-1cup
Jaggery 1/2 cup
salt
Soak ragi seeds overnight.Grind this in mixer with water & squeeze milk using thin cloth( as you do for coconut to prepare coconut milk)Just repeat the process as long as you can get milk.Turn on heat & keep stirring,add grated jaggery after some time it thickens,keep on mixing till leaves the sides of utensil.Transfer to greased plate.After it cools down & after some time you can cut it into desired form.
You can add dry fruits also.

Eggless Banana bread




All purpose flour 2cups
Sugar 1cup
Ripe banana 3
baking soda 1tsp
Flax seeds powder 1tbs
Milk less then 1/4
Oil 1/4th cup
salt

Mix dry items flour, baking soda, flax seeds powder.For wet ingredients mash banana,mix sugar,oil,little milk.Add to dry items, add walnuts or pista.Mix it & preheat oven at 350 degree celsius & bake for 30 min or till done.

Chicken

Chicken gravy

Chicken 500gm
Cashewnuts 10
gingergarlic paste 1tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder 1tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Onion (big) 1
Tomato ketchup 1tbsp

Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste for 1hr.Fry onions till golden brown, add chicken fry for sometime.Grind kaju with little water to form paste.Add kashmiri chilli & cumin powder & cook chicken.Lastly add cashew paste & cook for 2 min, add ketchup.Sprinkle coriander leaves.

Cocoa & biscuit balls

Melted butter 2tbsp
Parle G biscuits 8
Milk 1tbsp
Powdered sugar 3-4tbsp
Cocoa powder 1tbsp

Add butter,sugar & cocoa & powdered biscuits little milk to make balls.Chill in fridge for 10-15 min & enjoy .
